  We've been using Papa Murphy's for over ten years, mostly on weekends. We call about 20 minutes in advance and have had very good service; the pizza's are always ready for pick-up. We usually order the 2nd largest size and get the chicken-garlic thin crust. When we get it home, we supplement the taste with some teaspoon sized "glops" of a favorite tomato marinara sauce; enough to give each palm-sized slice one or two glops. ( We love love the taste of tomato sauce) We like the taste of Rao's marinara or Classico tomato and basil, but its up to you on that. We like to experiment a little bit with everything. Papa Murphy's quality and the way they make their pizzas is very consistent. We also love the little crunch of their thin crusts. For us the key has been not to overcook.

  This is the second time I have ordered from this location since it's right across from my work, and I can pick it up on the way home. While the location has always been terribly slow, they have at least been friendly and apologetic. My last visit was horrendous. I ordered online about an hour ahead for a 5:30p pick up. One hour should be sufficient time for a pizza that doesn't need to be baked to be ready to be picked up. When I arrived the store was very busy. When I checked in to pick up my order I was told it was "at the end of the line, but would be done very soon". When I questioned why it hadn't even been done yet when I ordered about an hour ago, I was told "I'm sorry, but we're busy". I waited for an additional 20 minutes before my order was even started. It was then that a man, who from the looks of it was in charge, came up and threw down crusts and sauced them putting my ticket in line. Needless to say I waited a total of 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, that I had ordered an hour prior to that. 1 1/2 hours for a pepperoni pizza is ridiculous. There was no apology, the staff never picked up speed despite the 20 other people waiting for their food, and there was no management being given.
  
  I will give this location another chance, but I sincerely hope that things change. The staff is polite but not really concerned about speed or timing.
